Vegan/Plant Based Bistro Dinner

Please join us Aug 25^th for a 5 course, sit down, Vegan Dinner in our Bistro. We are super excited to feature many of our local farmers and  the specialty cocktails will be flowing!  Also, several members of the Funkanites will be playing. 1st Course-Chilled Local Sweet Corn Soup with Walnut Chorizo and Cilantro Oil

2nd Course-Local Armstead Mountain Farm Heirloom Tomato & Toasted Sourdough Bread Salad with Capers, Pickled Red Onions, and Balsamic Glaze

3rd Course-Harissa Baby Carrots with Coriander, Shaved Fennel, French Green Lentils, and Lemon Tahini

4th Course-Local King Oyster Mushroom Scallops with Armstead Mountain Farm Butternut Squash Puree, Garlic Tarragon Oil, Toasted Almonds, and Arkansas Natural Produce Micro Greens

5th Course-Coconut Milk Panna Cotta with Vegan Ginger Snaps and Strawberry Coulis
