    Valentines Dinner Menu 2021

    Saturday, February 13th

    Six Course Prix Fixe (dine-in only)

    6:00 Seating & 7:00 Seating.  Call or come in to reserve! Seating is limited.

    $175 per couple. Must have Credit Card Number to Reserve.  Cards will be Charged (or cash payment taken) night of event. Cancellation requests will be taken up to the Thursday before event, after which your card will be charged. Due to the expense of ordering product and preparing them, we must insist on this.

    1st-wye mountain king oyster mushrooms with hazelnut pesto, balsamic cippolini onions, white miso broth, and truffle tremor

    2nd-shaved salad of brussels sprouts, local kale, pecorino romano, crispy pork belly, and lemon-pepper vinaigrette

    3rd-pan seared scallops with green harissa, coriander butter and micro greens

    4th-Armstead Farm local butternut squash with ciabatta crumbs, basil, prosciutto dparma, and red wine glaze

    5th-grilled ribeye with local carrot puree, shaved asparagus, and pepper-cream sauce

    6th-hazelnut mousse with shortbread, raspberry truffle and vanilla bean-caramel

    We are no longer taking orders from our special Christmas Menu.  For those of you who have placed an order, remember that pick-up is Christmas Eve between 2-5.

    Let us take a little of the stress out of your Christmas season.  Order your holiday meal start to finish! Orders must be turned in by Tuesday, December 22nd by 7pm and Pick-up is December 24th between 2pm and 5pm! Thank you!
