Valentine’s Dinner Menu 2021

Saturday, February 13^th

Six Course Prix Fixe (dine-in only)

6:00 Seating & 7:00 Seating.  Call or come in to reserve! Seating is limited.

$175 per couple. Must have Credit Card Number to Reserve.  Cards will be Charged (or cash payment taken) night of event. Cancellation requests will be taken up to the Thursday before event, after which your card will be charged. Due to the expense of ordering product and preparing them, we must insist on this.

1^st-wye mountain king oyster mushrooms with hazelnut pesto, balsamic cippolini onions, white miso broth, and truffle tremor

2^nd-shaved salad of brussels sprouts, local kale, pecorino romano, crispy pork belly, and lemon-pepper vinaigrette

3^rd-pan seared scallops with green harissa, coriander butter and micro greens

4^th-Armstead Farm local butternut squash with ciabatta crumbs, basil, prosciutto d’parma, and red wine glaze

5^th-grilled ribeye with local carrot puree, shaved asparagus, and pepper-cream sauce

6^th-hazelnut mousse with shortbread, raspberry truffle and vanilla bean-caramel

If you do not cancel and fail to show at event, your card will be charged plus 20% gratuity. Due to the expense of ordering product and preparing them, we must insist on this.

As we begin this new year, we just wanted to take a moment and thank all of our customers that have helped us get through such a trying year. Your patronage and loyalty kept the lights on and our wonderful staff employed. We are humbled by the trust you’ve shown in us to keep you safe and fed during this pandemic. Let’s hope this next year finds us safer and healthier still!
