    ALL ORDERS must be placed no later than Thursday, Dec 22nd by CLOSE of BUSINESS!

    Pick-up times will be done alphabetically to ensure faster expediting of your items. A-M, your pick-up time is between 2-3:30, N-Z your pick-up time is between 3:30 pm and 5pm Saturday, Dec 24th. Orders CAN NOT be picked up earlier than 2pm because we are still cooking and packaging all of the items!

    We close at 5pm and can not hold items through the Holiday.

    *Whole Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish Cream. $225 each. Serves 10-12.

    *Smoked Ham Glazed with Butter and Honey. $95 Serves 16-18.

    *Roasted Whole Side of Salmon with Aioli. $65. Serves 8-10.
